Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and grow client portfolios, ensuring financial success, budget alignment, and profitability for both the company and corporate clients.
- Apply effective sales strategies including prospecting, cold calling, and client meetings to attract, acquire, and retain new business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, resolve issues promptly, and identify opportunities for increased revenue and market share.
- Coordinate with internal departments, lead contract negotiations, and ensure smooth implementation of client agreements to deliver service excellence.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and market trends to inform pricing strategies and support product and business decisions.
Qualification Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is generally required.
- MBA or advanced degree may be preferred.
