Crowe Maldives LLP is seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. As a Human Resource Executive, you will play an essential role in supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth administrative operations, employee engagement, and training initiatives within the firm.

Job Description

Perform general HR administrative tasks
Maintain and keep employee records and documentation up to date
Assist in the recruitment process, including shortlisting, coordination, and onboarding
Manage offboarding processes and related documentation
Facilitate the employee performance appraisal process, including tracking deadlines, assisting supervisors in performance reviews, and maintaining appraisal records
Identify training needs across departments by working closely with team leaders, scheduling sessions, and tracking completion to ensure all employees meet required competencies
Prepare and issue employment verification letters and other HR-related correspondence
