Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate engineering projects and daily operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to engineering teams
- Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and communication in English
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering tasks as required
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in engineering supervision or management
- Proficient in English for reporting, supervision, and coordination
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering systems
- Ability to plan, supervise, and coordinate engineering projects effectively
