Job Description
- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries and general office communication in a professional manner
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, setup arrangements and logistics for internal meetings, trainings and corporate events
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating appointments
- Support secretarial and general administrative functions as required
- Handle document management, filing, and basic office documentation tasks
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and assist with procurement requests when needed
- Coordinate internal logistics and assist staff with day-to-day office requirements
Qualifications
- O’Level education
- Prior experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or administrative support role will be an advantage
Desired Skills
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with good time management and multitasking ability
- High attention to detail and strong personal presentation standards
- Ability to handle guests and office interactions in a courteous manner
- Reliable, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Demonstrates professionalism, responsibility, and maturity in workplace conduct
