Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Villa Attendants and Pool & Public Area Attendants, to ensure all guest and team member areas are cleaned, maintained, and inspected to the highest standards.
Conduct routine inspections of guest villas, pools, public areas, and team member areas to ensure compliance with operational procedures and LQA standards.
Schedule and assign work shifts, daily tasks, and special cleaning projects to housekeeping team members.
Ensure all housekeeping equipment, chemicals, and supplies are used safely, maintained properly, and stored according to resort protocols.
Monitor inventory of amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment, and report low stock to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
Implement and enforce sustainable cleaning practices in line with resort and environmental guidelines.
Maintain professional grooming, behaviour, and appearance at all times.
Handle and resolve maintenance issues or lost & found reports.
Maintain accurate records of housekeeping operations, inspections, and team member performance.
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene procedures are strictly followed in guest villas, pools, public areas, and team member areas.
Monitor safety standards to prevent accidents, slips, trips, and falls in all areas under housekeeping responsibility.
Perform tasks as directed by Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
