- Valid License
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Dhoni/Boat Captain.
- Knowledge of navigation, local sea routes, tides, and weather conditions.
- Ability to conduct safety checks, basic maintenance, and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide crew members.
- Communication skill.
- Physically fit, responsible, and safety-oriented.
