Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ of proven experience in a supervisory role in HR
Strong knowledge of Maldives Employment Law and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software (e.g. Odoo) is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
