We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors effectively.
- Address electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance issues.
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations.
- Utilize strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills under pressure.
- Communicate effectively in English and Dhivehi.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance works, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is an added advantage.
