We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Meet customers, corporates, hotels, and travel agents to generate business
- Conduct sales visits and follow-ups to secure bookings and partnerships
- Promote our guesthouses and shops to increase revenue
- Handle all social media platforms:
- TikTok
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, promotions)
- Respond to inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales/bookings
- Manage and update online platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Tripadvisor, etc.)
- Maintain Google Business profiles and handle reviews
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and special offers
- Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in sales & marketing (hospitality/retail preferred)
- Strong ability to approach clients, negotiate, and close deals
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in handling social media accounts (MUST)
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva/Adobe)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field
- Good command of English (Dhivehi/Hindi is an advantage)
