- Maintain accurate claim records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient claim processing.
- Provide professional and efficient customer service to customers and intermediaries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Advance Diploma in Business Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven work experience or exposure within industry.
- Proficiency in Dhivehi and English.
- Attention to detail with analytical thinking.
- Team-oriented and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using technology.
