Responsibilities
- Prepare interior architectural and design concepts, schematic layouts, and detailed design drawings within short and stipulated timeframes to meet organizational and project requirements.
- Develop space planning solutions based on functional requirements, workflow efficiency, and user needs.
- Prepare technical drawings including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
- Develop material specifications, finishes schedules, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) schedules.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, accessibility standards, and corporate guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections and condition assessments of existing MTCC properties. Propose renovation, refurbishment, or upgrading solutions to improve functionality, safety, and appearance.
- Coordinate design development for renovation projects, including integration with MEP and other technical services.
- Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material samples for compliance with approved designs.
- Monitor renovation and interior fit-out works to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
- Provide technical support during project execution, including clarification of drawings and specifications.
- Assist in procurement processes by preparing design-related inputs and technical evaluations.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve design and site-related issues.
- Ensure interior works are delivered within approved scope, budget, and timelines.
- Liaise with internal departments, management, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Participate in technical meetings and project coordination sessions.
- Prepare progress reports, design submissions, and project documentation.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, revisions, and completion documents.
Salary Benefits
- Salary and other allowances: MVR 23,700

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architectural Design with 2 years experience in a related field.
