Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew
- Operate vessels in accordance with safety standards
- Lead boat crews and assistant captains
- Maintain all boats as per company standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Must possess a positive attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Valid inboard and outboard license required
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- At least 1 year of resort experience required
