Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of the firm’s integrated marketing, PR, and brand strategy in alignment with Crowe Global Brand Guidelines and institutional objectives
- Translate business objectives into structured marketing and communication strategies and execution plans
- Drive brand positioning, and long-term visibility in both local and international markets
- Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing and communications strategies and execution roadmaps
- Oversee all digital platforms, including website, social media, email communications, and international network channels
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and audience targeting strategies
- Ensure consistent, high-level, and compliant brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels
- Establish and enforce brand governance standards in line with global guidelines
- Develop corporate communications, thought leadership, and content strategies to strengthen industry positioning and authority, and coordinate with relevant external stakeholders.
- Identify, manage, and strengthen strategic media relations, partnerships, and external collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility
- Coordinate corporate events, sponsorships, and external engagements in line with strategic priorities
- Manage and supervise the team and ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards and strategic direction
- Oversee creative output and provide strategic direction to the Business Development team and other content contributors
- Liaise with senior leadership to support firm level initiatives, business development activities, and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in marketing / public Relations / Digital Media or a related field with 2-3 years in a managerial or strategic role, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Digital Media or a related field with minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in a managerial or strategic role
- Proven experience in independently managing marketing, PR, and brand strategy functions
