Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and write Dhivehi letters and official documents
- Capable of visiting project sites when required
- Strong ability to communicate professionally with clients and staff
- Experience in maintaining office documentation and filing systems (hard and soft copies)
- Well-presented and professional appearance with proper office dress code
- Punctual, responsible, and willing to work extended hours when required
- Ability to work under the guidance of senior staff and company management
- Responsible for overseeing overall administrative matters and taking initiative in administrative work within the office as well as site-related departments.
