Candidate profile
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within hospitality or a service-oriented industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and engaging approach.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems; experience with hotel systems is an advantage.
- Confident telephone etiquette and customer service mindset.
- Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic personality with a team-oriented attitude.
Job Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including preparation of contracts, agreements, and amendments in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with international tour operators and travel partners, maintaining strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Support sales initiatives through organizing site inspections, client visits, and familiarization trips, ensuring a memorable and professional experience.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Reservations, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth communication and execution of all commercial activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases, ensuring deadlines and data integrity are consistently met.
- Assist in managing and updating the resort’s website content in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Oversee the image library, ensuring all visual assets are current, well-organized, and accessible for marketing and sales purposes.
- Support promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and PR-related activities as required.
