3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality or resorts
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation
Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Job Description

Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Support content creation including copywriting, visuals, videos, and promotional materials.
Manage social media platforms and email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Coordinate with PR agencies, media, and partners for campaigns, collaborations, and press coverage.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Support on-property marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities.
Assist in managing marketing budgets, procurement, and cost control processes.
Prepare and manage guest-facing communications such as newsletters, brochures, and press kits.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue and business goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, materials, and touchpoints.
Maintain updated marketing content across all platforms, including websites and third-party channels.
Support reporting requirements including campaign reports, performance tracking, and marketing analytics.
Assist in maintaining relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers.
Participate in internal meetings, planning sessions, and cross-department coordination.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management in line with operational needs.
