Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support requests
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending approvals
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing clients
- Coordinate with technical/support teams for solution delivery
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalate when necessary
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
- Prepare and submit regular sales and pipeline reports to management
Documents
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or IT support (hospitality experience is a plus)
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a sales pipeline
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of IT products/services (basic technical knowledge preferred)
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and quotations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience using CRM systems such as Zoho
- Knowledge of the local market and ability to attend client meetings when required
