Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Confident with all major water sports activities.
- Must have professional liability insurance.
- Hold a valid inboard and outboard license.
- Oversee water sports operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fluent in English communication.
- Minimum of 1 VDWS or equivalent qualifications (Kite, Catamaran or Management).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water sports and resorts.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
Salary
