We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team, drive insurance sales, organize sales campaigns and ensure excellent customer service.
Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals.
Manage digital platforms including website content, social media, and online campaigns.
Coordinate design, content creation, and continuously update marketing materials
Manage media relations and advertising opportunities.
Event planning, execution, and reporting.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or any other relevant field or Diploma in Sales and Marketing with 3 years relevant work experience in the insurance industry
Proven track of at least 3-5 years work experience in a similar position with a passion for sales, negotiating skills to achieve the sales targets
Insurance qualification will be an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi & English
Self-driven and result oriented
