We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities, strengthen brand visibility, and support business growth across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and Honda brand standards.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns covering motorcycle sales, after-sales service, spare parts, accessories, power products, and chemical guys products.
- Strengthen brand positioning, visibility, and customer engagement across all physical and digital platforms.
- Lead digital marketing strategy, including social media management, online advertising, website content, and performance analytics.
- Ensure brand governance, creative quality assurance, and consistent visual and messaging standards across all touchpoints.
- Lead and manage the marketing team and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance and cost effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and market insights; prepare regular management reports and data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to align campaigns with operational capacity and business targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Marketing Technology from a recognized international institution.
- Minimum 2 years of senior-level marketing experience, with strong exposure to digital marketing strategy and campaign leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated digital campaigns, analytics, brand governance, and agency coordination.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms, analytics and creative tools.
- Written and Oral Communication in Dhivehi and English is mandatory.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: MVR 22,000 - 26,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
