We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide psychosocial support to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Contribute to planning and implementing counselling services.
  • Assist in planning and delivering awareness-raising sessions on mental health.
  • Coordinate with SHE departments for integrated service delivery.
  • Support and provide input into IEC resource development.
  • Attend public relations presentations as requested.
  • Maintain the credibility of the counselling programme.
  • Follow good standards of practice and care.
  • Engage in community-based mental health activities.
  • Hold self-accountable for decision-making and resource management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling.
  • Valid practicing License.
  • Must be a Maldivian.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Divehi.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work conditions.
  • Capacity to multi-task and work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required.
  • Commitment to professional ethics and building relationships.
