Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for walk-in and referred clients.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers to communicate client preferences.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and customized solutions.
- Manage the customer journey from consultation to installation.
- Oversee installation processes with designers and teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation including client records and project updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field/GCE A Level.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles in interior design or furniture sales.
- Strong communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Customer-centric mindset with passion for quality and design.
