We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Sheesha L. Gan Outlet. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, proactive, and passionate about driving sales and promoting our products to achieve business growth through effective customer engagement and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process sales transactions and manage inventory records accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- GCE ‘A’ Level with 2 passes, or GCE 'O' Level with 6 passes, including English.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle customer grievances professionally.
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexible personality and ability to work odd hours.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: MVR 10,000.00+ / Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
