Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Maldivian Speedboat / Launch Captain License
- Certificate in coastal navigation
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a speedboat captain
- Strong knowledge of Maldivian waters and navigation routes
- Familiarity with marine communication systems and GPS
- Good command of English and Dhivehi
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours
