Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing goods and services by obtaining quotations and coordinating with approved suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, purchase requests, and procurement documentation.
- Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery timelines, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics providers to arrange shipments and track deliveries.
- Maintain and update procurement records, spreadsheets, and supplier information.
- Support the team in monitoring stock requirements and ensuring timely supply of materials.
- Assist with basic reporting and administrative tasks related to procurement and logistics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum: GCE O Levels completed.
- Preferred: GCE A Levels or Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, data entry, simple formulas).
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Dhivehi.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior office or retail experience is a plus but not required.
