Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety of passengers and crew
- Operate vessels reliably
- Lead boat crews and assistant captains
- Maintain all boats per company standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- At least 1 year of resort experience required
- Valid inboard and outboard license required
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Must possess a positive attitude
