We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for walk-in and referred clients.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers to communicate client preferences accurately.
- Conduct site visits for precise measurements and support customized layouts.
- Manage the complete customer journey from consultation to aftersales support.
- Oversee installation and assembly processes ensuring quality and on-time completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation including client records and project updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field / GCE A Level.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in interior design or furniture sales.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Dhivehi.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site measurements.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for quality and service excellence.
