We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!
Job Role
- Collaborate with principal/agents/ customers and local authorities and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Reporting documents to authorities and local agents.
- Coordinate with customers and stakeholders on the delivery/transfer of documents and shipments.
- Handle air/sea freight shipments (imports and exports).
- Maintain professional and effective communication with all stakeholders in a timely manner.
Requirement
- GCE O/L or Equivalent Education Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or related field (preferably in logistics)
- Good command in Dhivehi & English
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills
- Computer Literacy and good at handling e-mails
