General Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or relevant discipline
- Excellent skills with design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite
(e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)
- Proficient in MS Office and Marketing Software (e.g. CRM)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi
Job Specification
- Development of creative designs for Tree Top Hospital’s branding and promotional platforms
- Plan and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns aligned with organizational objectives and growth strategies
- Create compelling, audience focused content for digital platforms (social media, website and online advertising materials)
- Coordinate branding and promotional materials including standees, brochures, flyers, backdrops and other promotional assets
- Manage social media platforms end-to-end, including uploading of posts, content scheduling, boosting and performance analytics
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication touchpoints
- Liaise with external vendors (printing agencies, digital partners, media houses) for production and coordinate with internal teams for seamless installation and execution
- Collaborate with clinical departments to translate medical services into clear, patient-friendly marketing communications messages
- Support event-marketing initiatives including co-branded partnerships, corporate collaborations and awareness campaigns
- Manage photo/video shoots and oversee creative asset developments
- Support internal engagement initiatives and staff communication initiatives
- Maintain marketing asset inventory and ensure timely content approval from management
- Provide comprehensive support across all Business Development and Marketing functions drive strategic objectives
