Job Description
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR Leadership and Recruitment team throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes, including welcoming new employees and ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed.
- Prepare and process full and final clearance documentation for resigned employees.
- Coordinate with health and expatriate insurance providers regarding employee enrollments, claims, and related documentation.
- Draft HR-related letters, reports, and internal communications as required.
- Support HR welfare, engagement, and recreational activities, including events and special HR initiatives.
- Provide general HR administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the department.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information at all times.
Candidate profile
- Maldivian national (Female is preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR or administration preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Diploma or certification in Human Resources or a related field is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems; strong computer literacy required.
- Professional telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, positive, proactive, and enthusiastic with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
