We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from initiation through completion
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors
Ensure compliance with Maldivian regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
Manage project costs and ensure projects remain within approved budgets
Conduct regular site visits and supervise construction activities
Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure quality control throughout all stages of construction

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction project management
Proven experience managing building or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project controls
Experience coordinating multiple contractors and site teams
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent leadership, and communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines
