Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies that foster positive relationships and a productive work environment
- Manage employee grievances and ensure fair application of policies
- Advise management on employee relations matters
- Mediate discussions between employees and management to resolve conflicts
- Ensure compliance with company laws and regulations
- Collaborate with HR and Management to address performance-related issues and develop appropriate corrective action plans
- Collaborate with HR and Management to develop and implement disciplinary procedures and processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations documentation and records.
- Other works that may be necessary
Requirements
- Minimum GCE / IGCSE O’ Levels
- Should be over 35 years old
- Fluent in oral and written English and Dhivehi
- Fluent in verbal Hindi
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literate and well-versed in MS Office
- Being an Ex-Serviceman (Police/MNDF) or experience in a related field will be an added advantage
