We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Sales Representatives to join our Honda Parts Center team in Malé. This role involves assisting customers with spare parts and power product inquiries, coordinating wholesale orders, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive sales performance.
This position is ideal for individuals who excel in sales and customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Level with a minimum of 2 passes or GCE ‘O’ Level with a minimum of 6 passes (including English).
- Prior experience in sales, administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office; experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with good coordination and organizational skills.
- Professional attitude with strong customer handling ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with spare parts and power product inquiries across all platforms.
- Identify required parts and process sales using the POS system.
- Manage wholesale orders and coordinate deliveries with relevant teams.
- Handle returns, damaged items, and customer concerns professionally.
- Support stock control, inventory updates, and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain organized displays and assist in promotional activities.
- Prepare daily reports and contribute to achieving sales targets.
