We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our Sheesha Showroom team in Malé. This role involves engaging with customers, processing sales transactions, maintaining showroom standards, and supporting promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused retail environment.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Level with a minimum of 2 passes or GCE ‘O’ Level with a minimum of 6 passes (including English).
- Prior experience in sales, administration, customer service, or a related field.

- Basic computer skills, including MS Office; experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with good coordination and organizational skills.
- Professional attitude with strong customer handling ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, quotations, and sales conversion.
- Process sales transactions and update records in the POS system.
- Coordinate required documentation, including registration and credit facilities.
- Support test rides, warranty explanations, and delivery arrangements.
- Handle inquiries via the showroom, phone, and social media professionally.
- Work with inventory and marketing teams to ensure stock availability and promotional support.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and contribute to achieving sales targets.
