Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets and meet sales goals
Train, coach, and mentor sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications & Experience

At least 5+ year of experience in a similar role.
Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
