General Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the annual performance management cycle, including timeline management, communications, and system readiness.
- Follow up with departments and supervisors to ensure timely completion of evaluation activities.
- Operate and update the Performance Evaluation Form (PEF) system under the guidance of the Section Manager.
- Log system issues and coordinate with the IT team for troubleshooting and testing updates.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluation submissions, approvals, and feedback.
- Provide support to employees and managers regarding goal setting, performance evaluation processes, and system use.
- Assist in organizing and delivering awareness or information sessions related to performance management tools and best practices.
- Collect and compile performance data for analysis.
- Prepare draft reports and score summaries for review by the Section Manager.
- Maintain a performance tracking database or dashboard and ensure data integrity.
- Highlight trends or discrepancies for escalation.
- Assist in drafting and updating SOPs and user guides for performance processes.
- Ensure evaluation records and communications are ined and stored in line with the set protocols.
- Coordinate with L&D, Talent Management, and Total Rewards teams to assist in preparing development plans and reward employees based on performance.
- Collect user feedback on the performance management system and processes.
- Suggest improvements based on employee feedback or observed challenges.
- Any other task assigned by the Department or division.
Minimum Requirements
- MNQF Level 7 qualification in a related field with 1 year experience OR
- MNQF Level 5 qualification with 2 years' experience OR
- MNQF Level 4 qualification/ A' Level with 3 years' experience OR
- GCE O' Level 3 Pass with 4 years of experience.
