We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer risk profiles and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Compile data and conduct assessments for issuing of insurance policies and surety bonds.
- Keep up to date on records of projects, guarantees, and collateral assets.
- Oversee policy renewals and assist with reinsurance coordination.
- Prepare facultative reinsurance slips and supporting documentation.
- Track and update reinsurance placements in internal systems.
- Coordinate with the finance team on reinsurance transactions.
- Support system testing and enhancements in collaboration with IT.
- Engage in stakeholder relationship management (internal and external).
- Set terms for policy renewals and approve policy cancellation requests as per internal guidelines.
- Any other ad hoc technical department works as instructed by the Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification (minimum).
- Proficiency in Dhivehi and English.
- Attention to detail with analytical thinking.
- Team-oriented and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using technology.
