Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Thorough knowledge of Xpat System
- Administer employee benefits and compensation
- Payroll management of all employees to ensure timely and accurate salary processing
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Lead performance management and professional development initiatives
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports
- Promote a positive workplace culture
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in HR management or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
