Candidate profile
- University graduate in Commerce / Hotel Management
- Minimum 2-3 years’ extensive experience in similar capacity in a resort
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Exposure and knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Highly motivated with leadership skills
- Fluency in English and with Excellent Communication Skill
Job Description
- Manage SOP and procedures in accordance with Company standards.
- dentifies savings opportunities to help reduce operating costs.
- Manage all stakeholders for quality, service and price through standard purchasing specifications.
- Maintaining supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Ensures that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Maintaining supplier database, purchase records and related documentation
- Managing daily activities, supervising staff and allocating tasks.
- Coordinating the inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
