Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor enterprise network platforms and services on a 24/7 shift basis.
- Perform first-level diagnostics and escalate issues to technical teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fault restoration.
- Track, document, and communicate incident updates.
- Support post-incident analysis and operational reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Telecommunications or in a relevant field.
- Minimum 02 year of experience in a similar role.
- Must be able to work in shift duties.
