Candidate profile

Certified Dive Master with valid professional diving credentials
Previous experience in a dive or marine center, preferably in a luxury resort
Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills
Safety-conscious with strong knowledge of dive procedures and marine environments
Highly motivated, proactive, and flexible
Team player with a positive attitude
Capable of working in a multicultural island resort environment
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and excursions

Job Description

Guide certified divers during day and night dives in accordance with safety standards
Coordinate and assist daily dive operations and guest activities
Prepare, maintain, clean, and store all diving and snorkeling equipment
Assist snorkeling and water sports activities when required
Provide guest briefings on snorkeling areas, marine life, safety, and environmental awareness
Ensure all safety procedures are implemented and followed by guests and team members
Upsell dive services and retail items while promoting resort facilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dive center, equipment areas, and guest zones
Perform basic office duties including guest registration, documentation, and reporting
Participate in initiatives and projects aimed at increasing dive center revenue
Report to the Base Leader / Assistant Base Leader and support departmental objectives
Comply with company policies, Health & Safety regulations, and marine protection guidelines
Carry out any reasonable duties assigned by management from time to time
