General Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or any tech related field
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of work experience in related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools – Office 365
- Strong written English skills for documentation, instruction and additional training content
- Proven training experience, including defining training needs, designing, delivering and evaluating engaging content at both group and one on one level
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
Job Specification
- Assist front-line and system users by providing application usage guidance and training support
- Coordinate and deliver application training programs across all hospital departments
- Conduct role-based training for HIS (Vesalius), PACS, LIS, FIS and other hospital applications
- Provide structured onboarding training for new staff
- Conduct recurring refresher training to reinforce correct system usage
- Coordinate CME sessions on system upgrades, new modules, and workflow changes
- Escalate recurring user issues and training gaps to the ICT Application Manager
- Assist in reviewing system enhancements proposed by software vendors from a
- training and adoption perspective
- Stay updated with application changes, training methodologies, and healthcare IT
- best practices
- Provide occasional cover for Application Support Team as required
