Job Description
- Assist the Captain in operating and navigating the boat
- Assume full responsibility for boat operations in the absence of the Captain.
- Monitor weather, sea conditions, and boat performance
- Ensure compliance with maritime laws and safety standards
- Conduct safety briefings and drills
- Maintain logs, reports, and trip records
- Oversee vessel cleanliness and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures.
