We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!

Responsibilities

Review functional and technical requirements to identify testable scenarios and potential risks.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on approved specifications.
Perform manual testing of applications to verify functionality, usability, and data integrity.
Execute regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects using approved defect tracking tools.
Work closely with developers to clarify issues, verify fixes, and retest resolved defects.
Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions to align testing with development cycles.
Support automation testing initiatives where applicable, to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Conduct performance, load, or stress testing in coordination with the development team when required
Verify that applications comply with security, performance, and usability standards defined by the department.
Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and testing artefacts for audit and reference purposes.
Contribute to improving QA standards, testing methodologies, and internal processes.
Stay updated with emerging QA tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, OR
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., ClickUp, TestRail, or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks is an advantage.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Knowledge of performance, security, or automation testing is an added advantage.
Relevant QA or software testing certifications will be considered an advantage
