Specific Duties
- Manage all engineering survey related works of the company.
- Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Provide guidance and coaching support, counsel, and disciplines employees.
- Planning and scheduling work.
- Ability to plan, execute, process and output various types of surveys under the instructions of senior managers.
- Plan and implement regulations and standards that perform the work and fulfil the goals of the unit efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and allocate adequately to get the maximum benefits of resources to effectively accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
- Maintain high service performance standards, through frequent new innovative approaches to the work field.
- Create a team building and creative, solution-oriented environment for the members and provide opportunities for them to explore and develop themselves and to challenge themselves for new heights in their career building.
- Find areas in which additional improvements are needed and highlight the training needs of the section and provide the staff with opportunities for survey training needs by communicating with senior management.
- Maintain & Supervise survey related documents, equipment log record, Drawings reports etc.
- Report Surveying operations to the Senior Management staff.
- Ability to perform day to day activities of CDD project under minimum Supervision.
- Manage and check the reports and drawings made by surveyors.
- Maintain the quality and quantity of the work.
- Perform other duties required or assigned, which help to improve the productivity and service of the department.
Minimum Requirements
- MNQF Level 7 in a related field with License including 5 years of experience OR
- MNQF Level 5 in a related field with License including 7 years of experience
