Job Description
- Support the achievement of prepaid revenue targets and Customer Lifecycle
- Management (CLM) initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
- Assist in the management of loyalty programs and partner collaborations, Including merchant onboarding and basic performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor assigned KPIs and prepare reports.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CVM platforms in Telcom is preferred.
