Job Requirements
- Preference will be given to local candidates.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, maintenance, and project management within the Maldives.
- Minimum Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage time, teams, and multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours as operationally required.
- High level of organizational skills with strong attention to detail..
