We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Customer Service team to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Oversee Front office and client handling, including policy dispatch, documentation collection, payment processing, and collateral management in accordance with procedures
  • Ensure data accuracy, prepare departmental reports, and maintain updated client contact lists
  • Coordinate with other departments to support smooth client servicing
  • Support and coordinate with other departments for effective cross-departmental communication and efficiency
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and performance and improve service quality

Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor of Business Management, Sales or a related field
  • Proven 3-5 years of work experience in Customer Service with a similar work scope
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in Dhivehi and English
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills including spoken, written and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
