We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Customer Service team to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Oversee Front office and client handling, including policy dispatch, documentation collection, payment processing, and collateral management in accordance with procedures
- Ensure data accuracy, prepare departmental reports, and maintain updated client contact lists
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth client servicing
- Support and coordinate with other departments for effective cross-departmental communication and efficiency
- Ensure operational effectiveness and performance and improve service quality
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor of Business Management, Sales or a related field
- Proven 3-5 years of work experience in Customer Service with a similar work scope
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in Dhivehi and English
- Strong interpersonal communication skills including spoken, written and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
