We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and progress valuations.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and material usage.
- Prepare monthly cost/progress reports and interim bills.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and procurement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost control, and measurement.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
