We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Job Purpose
- Ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and performance of network towers and related infrastructure
- Perform operation and maintenance activities for network and tower infrastructure, including fault diagnosis and corrective maintenance.
- Tower installation of transmission and RAN equipment, including microwave alignment, in compliance with technical standards.
- Conduct technical audits, site inspections, and performance assessments to identify structural or equipment deficiencies in towers and network elements.
- Analyze identified issues and develop corrective, preventive, or optimization action plans to restore and maintain network performance and structural integrity
Qualification & Experience
- O’ Level or A’ Level
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
